Offer a paper, sub-plenary or workshop
The Academic Programme will run during the afternoon each day from Tuesday to Friday. We welcome Paper presentations, sub-plenaries (several papers on one subject) and one-session or two-session workshops (with some experiential content). If you make more than one submission we would encourage you to use more than one basic format. Paper presentations can have scope for up to twenty minutes of oral delivery, accompanied by audiovisual material including Powerpoint, slides, and paper handouts. Papers will be grouped by the SPC on thematic grounds or related topics and a chair will be appointed for each group of papers. Sub-plenary presentations will allow up to thirty minutes of oral delivery and contributors are invited to pre-group their panel and identify a chair and discussant. Workshops will allow two sections each of one hour and twenty minutes, separated by a twenty minute tea break, making three hours in total. This would be one session. Proposals can be made for one or two session workshops. Please specify the maximum number of participants your workshop can cater for.
We will also offer a range of facilities for Poster Presentations and welcome proposals.
The formal deadline for submissions has now passed. However, we can consider some late submissions until we go to press with our Conference Book of Abstracts at the end of June and would be pleased to hear from you. Please put your submission forward as soon as possible.
