Dr Alex Richardson

Dr Alex Richardson is a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Oxford and a founder director of the UK charity Food and Behaviour Research. Her research centres on the effects of nutrition (and particularly dietary fats) on human behaviour, learning and mood, particularly in relation to neurodevelopmental and psychological disorders. She frequently contributes to both national and international media coverage of this field, and regularly gives lectures for health and education professionals, support groups, charities and academic audiences.
