Veena Ugargol

Veena Ugargol is a Yoga Therapist for Mental Health, Yoga Teacher and Yoga Researcher. Having recently completed her BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology she will be going on to study the MSc in Neuroscience at the Institute of Psychiatry. Veena’s special interest is in stress and anxiety disorders and part of her work involves teaching residents at the Anxiety Disorders Residential Unit, part of South London and Maudsley NHS Trust.
