Friday 29 May 2020 – Dr Elisabeth Philipps

EVENT POSTPONED

A Cafe Psy discussion, led by Dr Elisabeth Philipps on Exploring the Use of Cannabidiol (CBD) for Mental Health

CBD products are everywhere; from oils, capsules, topical balms and rubs right through into food and drink products. But what is CBD and does it really make any difference to mental health? Join Dr Elisabeth Philipps, the UK’s leading expert in CBD, as she discusses some of the research around the body’s natural endocannabinoid system. We will also explore how CBD may support sleep and conditions across the anxiety and depression spectrums. Elisabeth will also clarify the current status of UK regulations of CBD and what this means to practitioners in terms of practically using CBD.
